Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesEssential responsibilities and duties:
The ASQ Support is the function supporting ASQ Engineers, helping on the managing & organizing Programs in the divisions and the process improvement and the efficiency of the Supplier Quality Department.
The main missions of the role are:
- Responsibility of end-to-end APQP Deployment of parts (Bought-out and Carry over).
- Work with cross-functional team to develop new parts from concept
- Support on the right targets set up and the program launch in the system.
- Process Improvement & Tools development support.
- Parts transfer to series from the Program phase.
- Support on the certain training of the suppliers and correct applicability of the standards.
- Monitoring of the PPAP status and Esurance of delivery to committed dates.
- Monitoring of the supplier performance.

Your profile and competencies to succeedQualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mech) / Quality.
Experience:
o 3 – 5 years experience as an ASQ in an industrial environment including an experience in a program team.
Skills and competencies:
o Knowledge of Project Management methodology
o APQP & PPAP validation process knowledge
o Process Improvements principles
o Core Quality Tools
o Supplier audit process knowledge.
o Strong written and oral communications skills
o Results oriented
o Ability to work in a matrix organization
