Summary: Responsible for providing excellent service to F&B guests at the beginning and end of their dining experience.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Pick-up bank at cage, count all monies before leaving, and verify with cage personnel Proper completion of cash turn-in sheets and tickets, voids, and over-rings Always keep register area clean and neat Contact supervisor immediately for any guest concerns or complaints Seat guests and present clean menus in a timely manner Pull chairs out for guests and arrange tables for large parties as needed Assisting servers with ringing in and delivering alcoholic beverages Monitor the waiting line to determine if there are large parties waiting Ensure tables are properly set to start each shift Collect and inspect all menus, discarding those that are worn out Utilizing proper procedures and documentation in handling the following: comps, room charges, credit cards, officer's checks and coupons Proper required identification and authorization As the guests depart, thank them for dining in our restaurant and extend an invitation to dine with us again Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned
