JOB PURPOSE
The Government Relations Associate coordinates and manages all government-related activities, including visa processing, trade license issues, legal permits, sponsorship relations, and interactions with ministries (Labor, Immigration, Health, etc.), ensuring efficient administration processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with the relevant hierarchy to manage the visa process for future joiners. Process, validate, and submit the quarterly and yearly NSSF (National Social Security Fund) and MOF (Ministry of Finance) declarations. Process employees’ National Social Security procedures, schedule monthly payments of family allowances, and ensure timely compliance with governmental department deadlines. Manage the initiation and renewal of all employees' governmental documentation to ensure accurate filing in compliance with local regulatory requirements. Assist new joiners in completing government-related forms. Handle requests for visas, passports, work permits, residence permits, and social security, ensuring proper registration, documentation, approval, and prompt processing through appropriate authorities. *ABOUT THE COMPANY
