Government Contracts Administration Manager
The GCAM is a critical role in our company. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of our U.S. Government acquisition process and the resulting contracts. The GCAM works closely with ASP Legal, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Sales, Cybersecurity experts and Technical Operations on contractual and compliance issues to advance the business and mitigate associated risk. Accordingly, the individual must have the ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally, lead contract negotiations, and interact regularly with senior management and Government employees. This role will be remote (Eastern time zone preferred), working in regular and close coordination with ASP personnel across the United States. **Position Responsibilities** + Manages and administers the entire contract life cycle; including proposals, awards, change orders, modifications, etc. + Federalize commercial language in all quotes prior to release to US Government Customers + Assists the ASP Government Contracts Compliance Manager by supporting SAM registration and updates, FSS Contract management and updates, FSS IFF Payments, SDVOSB Channel Partner Contracts management, and invoicing reconciliation across USG contracts + Maintains contract files and/or the contract database, including correspondence, research, price/cost analysis, award memorandums + Serves as an internal primary point of contact for contractual issues, disputes, and resolutions for internal company stakeholders (legal team, finance team, sales, technical services, operations, etc.) + Serves as alternate reviewer for US Government pricing compliance in coordination with commercial sales, finance and product teams + Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership or as business need requires **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration or related field required. + Minimum of 12 years’ experience proposing, managing and administering contracts/subcontracts for US Government and commercial client programs + Commercial Healthcare OEM Federal Contractor experience with proven experience supporting the Department of Veteran Affairs, the Department of Defense/Defense Health Agency, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Energy + Demonstrated experience applying knowledge of the FAR, VAAR, DEAR and DFAR requirements in contract development/management/governance + Successful experience working positively and productively in a remote dispersed team environment with highly developed relationship-building skills through strong oral and written communication skills and strong leadership and interpersonal skills + Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of contracts and subcontracts across accounts and organizations + Strong computer skills. This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package. The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 99,700.00 - 185,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
