The Government Client Relations Manager will be responsible for assisting the executive management team in Loan Servicing Operations as it pertains to servicing and lending counter-party relationships that stem across the following types of relationships; Sub Servicing, Servicing Advance Credit Facilities, Rating Agencies, Government Agencies, GNMA MSS and Due Diligence firms. Ensure effective planning, organization, direction and control of all internal and external resources, and program specific objectives. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range is $92,000-$110,000 + Annual Bonus.
**What you'll do:**
+ Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems within the department.
+ Maintain proper staffing levels coinciding with the training curriculum to help improve productivity with focus on achieving the strategic business goals set by Executive Management and Investors.
+ Manage, coordinate, and execute all requirements set forth for investor/agency servicing guidelines & oversight.
+ Design and execute activities deriving from counterparty agreements & ad hoc client requests.
+ Serve as subject matter expert, plan, organize, and provide direction for all Client Relation resources.
+ Project manage ongoing initiatives to ensure compliance with Government Servicing & Investor requirements.
+ Responsible for ensuring that counterparty deadlines are met on time, within budget, at a high level of quality, according to the project management and audit control standards of the organization.
+ Manage communications externally to counterparties & investors, and internally within associated business units.
+ Communicate with senior management to convey scope, schedule, budget and quality of all project elements.
+ Facilitate meetings to discuss planning, priorities, timeline, progress and overall status of various projects.
+ Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
**What you'll need:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
+ Five (5) to seven (7) years of mortgage and or consumer finance experience with some supervisory experience.
+ Three plus (3+) years Government loan servicing experience.
+ Remote with 25% travel.
