The Governance & Controls Manager is a key driver of financial integrity, compliance, and operational excellence. This role leads the Internal Control Excellence (ICE) process, ensuring effective design and operation of controls across all areas of the business. Additionally, this role serves as a strategic business partner to the One Demand (Sales & Marketing) finance team, providing accounting and financial oversight, technical accounting support, and ownership of the P&L and Balance Sheet, while supporting overall business operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the organization through leadership of the ICE process, while also showcasing skills in business partnering, delivering insights, and driving financial accountability with the One Demand team.What are we looking for?A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or advanced certification preferred).5+ years of experience in finance, governance, or controls roles, including audits and compliance.3+ year public accounting or internal audit preferredStrong understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced analytical tools.Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Experience managing cross-functional teams and presenting to global leadership.What will be your key responsibilities?Lead annual ICE process and critical controls testing including ownership of the ICE Ambassador program. Implement trainings, perform controls testing and maintain oversight to others performing testing, remediate deficiencies and overall drive consistency and best practices in internal control design.Address and resolve accounting queries, conduct financial reviews, and collaborate with the One Demand finance team during period close process to ensure high-quality financials.
