WE LOVE OUR WORK. Safely and efficiently transport or transfer beverage products to and from warehouse, storage areas, bars, etc. Team member may be asked to perform duties in any and all of these areas at any given time base on business needs.Efficient and organized set up and support of restaurant bar areas, cleanliness, including trash removal, product restocking of bar and storage area, etc.Maintain Board of Health sanitation standards, personal hygiene and cleanliness, as well as beverage service techniques and safety all with regard to the safe handling of beverage products for guest’s consumption.Display knowledge of all emergency procedures including familiarity with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for chemical usage. Ensure that bar and equipment are in good working order and that the work area is clean and hazard-free. Notify supervisor immediately if bar and equipment are not in good, safe working order.Efficiently work with co-workers and management in a casino environment, involving high volume fast paced production in a friendly and professional manner.Provide positive communication and use customer service skills with every patron and co-workerMay be required to perform duties at the Lawrenceburg Event Center (LEC).Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

ACCESS TO GAMING AREA REQUIRED: Yes
BRING US YOUR BEST.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED required. One year experience in club, lounge, or gourmet restaurant bar service industry as a bar porter, barback or similar position is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English, distinguish letters, numbers and symbols and be involved in daily professional communication with supervisors, co-workers and guests.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY:
Should be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must be able to obtain an Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission License and an Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License. Position requires employee to be at least 21 years of age Indiana state-approved Alcohol Training. Required to comply with safe and hazard-free work environment practices stipulated by Hollywood Lawrenceburg, County/State/Federal Department of Health and OSHA policies, procedures and regulations.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push or pull 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees Fahrenheit with or without assistance. Must handle heat from cooking appliances, glassware and washing machines. Requires normal or corrected vision range, with the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols. Ability to stand for duration of shift walk frequently, bend and/or reach to a height of 6 feet with or without assistance (stand, sit, walk, lift, reach, push, pull, grasp).
