You will be leading a team of business intelligence experts in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Your expertise in data analysis and strong leadership skills will be crucial in guiding our organization towards achieving its goals and objectives.
**Core Responsibilities** **:**
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics and data architecture strategy to support the GOS business objectives.
+ Establish data standards by defining and implementing data guardrails that ensure data is consistent, accurate, and reliable.
+ Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
+ Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to establish the overall business data strategy, enterprise architecture and develop the end-to-end solutions for data sourcing, data processing/integration, data provisioning and delivery.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and measure performance against these metrics.
+ Support the Customer Experience team in delivering high quality, accuracy and performance analytics dashboard to the Clients (Internal and External)
+ Design and develop highly scalable, efficient, and reliable data infrastructure to scale and compute to meet business objectives.
+ Deliver data architecture projects to successful completion as defined by predetermined project success criteria including those established by the business, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
+ Drive data governance initiatives by establishing data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data security measures.
+ Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure, systems, and tools are optimized to support efficient data collection, storage, and analysis.
+ Effectively communicate complex data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.
+ Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
**I** **nternal** **Responsibilities** _(specific to the role)_ **:**
+ Act as Data ArchitectureSME when it comes to sales pursuits, opportunities and Client meetings
+ Establish a core set of KPIs for all teams to assess the operational effectiveness of the Analytics team.
+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and technologies and evaluate their potential to improve our data analysis capabilities.
+ Lead and coach cross-functional Community of Practise on how to leverage data to identify opportunities to increase revenue and performance.
+ Lead and manage a team of data architects,engineers and scientists, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.
+ Support the process for determining and executing operational and technology roadmaps to support the Customer Organization
+ Own, lead and nurture BI/Analytics Community of Practice across CW Clients to maintainfirm operational relationship.
+ SupportAnalytics change management efforts, effectively managing transitions and keeping the team aligned with the company's vision and strategic goals
**Q** **ualifications** **:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. A Master's degree is preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience in Global company Analytics
+ 5+ years as a people leader - a demonstrable history of leading and inspiring high-performing teams
+ Proven track record of delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
+ Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing analytics strategies in a corporate environment.
+ Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
+ Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools.
+ Deep understanding of current Analytics market trends
+ Experience working with large datasets and using statistical analysis techniques.
+ Certification in relevant analytics tools or methodologies is a plus.
**Skills** **&** **Personal Qualities:**
+ Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
+ At least 5 years of experience in leading multi discipline cross-continental team of Analyst, Developers and Support Engineers
+ Proven experience in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
+ In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
+ Proficiency in data modeling and data manipulation.
+ Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to business objectives.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $187,000.00 - $220,000.00
