**Job Title: Google Partner Executive** **Job Location:** San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston **Job Description:** You are the leader for the Google Cloud partnership of Capgemini in the Americas. You are leading a team of motivated Partner Development Executives to grow and foster a tight and impactful relationship with Google Cloud. This relationship intends to promote the Google Cloud technology suite for Capgemini clients, generate leads and grow the deal pipeline for Capgemini, and jointly structure proposals to find the sweet spot solution and team to win deals. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Team Leadership:** Inspire and guide a dynamic team of Partner Development Executives. + **Strategic Collaboration:** Foster a strong, collaborative partnership with Google to drive mutual growth. + **Market Expansion:** Promote Google Cloud solutions through internal and external demand generation efforts, working with Marketing, Industry verticals, Business/Capability lines, and partner managers to expand the sales pipeline. + **Deal Progression:** Responsible for driving ongoing support agreements, collaborating with Google for funding investments (POCs, etc.) and providing deal support which includes qualifying deals, and assisting with deal proposal and closing + **Investment Optimization:** Strategically leverage investments to maximize opportunities and secure deals. + **Marketing and Events:** Work with dedicated Marketeers on events, campaigns and workshops, promoting the joint Capgemini and Google Cloud winning formula in the market + **Performance Monitoring:** Track, analyze and report performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded. **Required Skills:** + Experience building GTM plans within the Google marketplace + Candidate must demonstrate strong skills in story-telling, organization, proactive outreach, and ability to influence. + Minimum of 3-5 years solutions sales background with prior experience driving cloud-based technology transformation deals. + The ideal candidate will have a solutions sales background with 7 years of prior experience driving Google Transformational deals. + In-depth knowledge of driving the entire sales cycle, including understands the Google partner influence revenue process and organization + Assemble and guide the pursuit team working with Google + Orchestrating discovery meetings and linking solutions to customer pain points (Consultative Selling / Value Selling) + Structure and deliver a winning presentation (Executive presence) + Drive relationships with Capgemini’s Industry Sales Teams and the Google channel to negotiate terms + Cross-functional influence to forecast and deliver revenue targets **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
