Job Title: Google Cloud Contact Center Solutions DirectorJob description:

Capgemini is looking for Google Cloud Contact Center Solutions Director, who is experienced in Google Cloud Platform CCAI service, Dialog flow CX, and Agent Assist .

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless integration of Google CES and CCaaS with existing systems.
• Designing, developing, and implementing GCP workloads
• Work with the product management team to ensure that CCAI solutions are competitive and meet the needs of customers.
• As an Enterprise Architect, you will work on large, transformational projects with customers to design large-scale, cloud-ready infrastructure and application architectures, develop solutions in migrating, building, modernizing, and maintaining applications in Google Cloud Platform"

Required Skills:

• 10 years of Experience as a Solution Architect and/or enterprise architect /director in Customer Service Technology
• 5 years of professional experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud native solutions.
• Develop and maintain the overall enterprise architecture vision, aligning with Google Cloud's best practices.
• Must have experience on Google Cloud Platform CCAI service, Dialog flow CX, and Agent Assist.
• Experience driving conversational bots for various channels (web, voice, etc.) projects.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and guidelines for the Contact Center solution.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and address architectural challenges.
• Experience in user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text, or voice.
• Experience in Tel domain and processes.
• Strong understanding of sentiment analysis, Intent classification, and dialog flows.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the AI/ML domain and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Experience in Dapr or other multi-cloud abstraction frameworks is a plus
• Critical Thinking Problem-Solving skill
