**Assemblers** **1st Shift Available** **Carlsbad, CA!** **Job Description** The club assembler is responsible for assembling custom golf clubs in a fast-paced, time-sensitive manufacturing environment. This position involves working with rulers, gauges, hand tools, and machines to complete assemblies and ensure overall club quality and meeting specifications. Additionally, the club assembler will maintain work area cleanliness and safety, and represent the brand by utilizing the 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, and processes. **Responsibilities** + Assemble golf clubs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment + Work with rulers, gauges, hand tools, and machines to complete assemblies + Handle various solvents, such as alcohol and acetone + Ensure overall club quality and meeting club specifications + Maintain work area cleanliness and safety + Read and understand work instructions and specifications + Perform other duties as assigned **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of golf club assembly preferred + High school diploma + Ability to lift 10-20 pounds throughout the day and stand for long hours + Ability to perform basic math calculations + Good verbal and written communication skills + Spanish only is okay **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
