 Global Mobility Services Specialist - Mergers and Acquisitions

Job\nSummary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced\nGlobal Mobility Services Specialist to join our team. This role will be\nprimarily dedicated to supporting Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)\nactivities, ensuring seamless integration and compliance for employees involved\nin these transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in\nglobal mobility, tax, immigration, and payroll, with a focus on M&A.

Key\nResponsibilities:

M&A Support: Provide guidance and support for all\n mobility-related aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence,\n integration planning, and execution.Compliance: Ensure compliance with global tax,\n immigration, and employment laws for employees involved in M&A\n activities.Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders,\n including HR, legal, finance, and external service providers, to ensure\n smooth transitions for employees.Policy\n Development: Develop and\n implement mobility policies and procedures specific to M&A activities.Reporting: Prepare and present reports on\n mobility-related metrics and compliance for M&A projects.Employee Support: Partner with external service providers to\n give exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications:
