Eco Design Leader, EMCTO India
Job Purpose
Eco design Leader will be responsible to lead and accelerate the eco design adoption across EM divisions/leagues/products. Outsourcing and Resource augmentation leader will be responsible to lead the electromechanical design projects and to lead end to end FTC portfolio.
Key Accountability Areas -
Eco Design Deployment\:
· Lead and guide a team of environmental data experts, eco design engineers to decarbonize SE offer and make it more sustainable.
· Development of process / standards / playbooks for Lob’s to deploy the best practices in eco design
· To strategize eco design deployment and expertise with global and functional leaders across the four hubs(NAM, Europe, India & China)
· To create a pool of experts in CTO office to meet the requirement of decarbonization ambition of divisions / leagues / squads
· Adapt to new and alternative techniques, technologies to create a difference in SE offers for sustainability ambition.
Factory C / Ecommerce\:
· Collaborate with Offer managers across LOB’s to deliver on NO DATA and NO launch initiative for offers.
· Integration of AI/ML in data image generation and to improve on data quality for offers.
· Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to speed up launch.
Electromechanical Design
· Lead and guide a team of e-mech experts to deliver on projects with Divisions/LOB’s.
· To lead the design migration project and take a strategic decisions on outsourcing them
· To create a pool of experts in CTO office to meet the requirement of e-mech designs and tolerance analysis (CETOL)
· Adapt to new and alternative techniques, technologies to create a difference in SE offers for tendering / bidding projects.
FTC portfolio\:
· Collaborate with all the division / LoB’s to have pool of FTC with right competency and skill set to meet the project needs.
· Liaising internally with procurement, finance, HR and site team to manage the complete outsourcing process
· Be the product owner of CLM (managemate) platform and continuously evolve it to make more robust.
· To participate in internal audits ands strive for continuous improvement in FTC management.
