In partnership with the Global CX lead and regional VOC counterparts (Asia, Europe, North- and South America), you will lead the global strategy and implementation for the Voice of Customer program at AP. Doing so, you need to ensure there exists a systematic approach to collecting high quality VOC feedback and to deriving actionable insights that can be utilized to drive improvements in CX within the country-specific journey management. **As a Global Voice of Customer Lead - Florham Park, NJ or Research Triangle Park, NC, you create chemistry by...** + Collaborating with (sub-)regional and country VOC and CX partners on the different program elements, providing expertise knowledge, support, and troubleshooting for the program implementation throughout the year. + Managing the VOC program effectively, using KPIs, OKRs, and other project management methodologies, regularly reporting on its development. + Managing the AP Global CX scorecard, ensuring its continuous embedding and use to create business impact, while working to upgrade and enhance its content and data. + Continuously engaging and exchanging with the VOC community on new functionalities, technical developments, and best practice sharing to ensure the program's continuous improvement. + Staying connected to developments in the field of Voice of Customer/CX and bringing these trends into the organization to enhance the program. + Liaising with the Customer Insights (CI) Community to ensure the necessary connection between the journey-oriented VOC program and the mid-term focused CI program, providing the basis for a customer 360° view. **If you have...** + Bachelor Degree required with 8 years' overall working experience. + At least 4 years of experience in CX, customer insights, customer oriented commercial or cross functional roles (i.e. sales or marketing) delivering premium customer experiences. + Experience designing and implementing VOC and Customer Listening programs to serve back timely and actionable insights into an organization. + Experience with Medallia, Power BI, Salesforce, or other similar VOC and analytical tools. + Strong project management skills to prioritize and manage the program effectively. + Strong Change management skills, especially incl. communication. + Experience with Customer Relationship Management and corresponding software. **Create your own chemistry with you@BASF** At BASF, you will have the chance to do meaningful work towards building a more sustainable future.
