Job Responsibilities
Manage and organize diaries proactively Provide client phone coverage Handle contact management and digitize business cards Book and manage global travel arrangements Coordinate logistics for business trips Set up meetings and conference calls, both internally and externally Support staff activities, including joiners, leavers, and team events Oversee office management and physical file organization Process expenses and provide budget/finance support Perform ad hoc duties as requiredRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
