As a Product Portfolio Operations Director in the Global Technology Vendor Management Office, you are an expert in creating cross-product synergies. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to innovate on cross product-line coordination, remove barriers to success, and create ways for teams to continuously innovate on solutions-focused products and product features. Our team supports the firm's technology strategy and creates opportunities for efficiencies while providing the oversight necessary to manage GT's multi-billion-dollar portfolio of supplier spend holistically across the dimensions of strategy, cost, performance, relationship, and risk. The Global Technology Vendor Management Product Portfolio Director will lead one or more enterprise initiatives (e.g., Public Cloud, Software as a Service, Vendor Productivity) and partner with cross-functional teams to establish foundational best practices and toolsets necessary for each Global Technology product line to manage their vendor portfolio across the lifecycle of a supplier relationship. This includes technology strategy and research, commercial strategy and transaction execution, and steady-state management, supported by several cross-line-of-business foundational initiatives. The Product Portfolio Director will also collaborate with product lines to develop multi-year commercial strategies in support of the firm's broader technology vision. A strong understanding of technology products, including compute, cloud, networking, database, and security products, is essential for this role. You must possess a commercial mindset and the ability to articulate how business value is delivered through supplier relationships. Additionally, a strong understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to contribute to the development of technology strategies are required.
