What you’ll do?
As Global Tech Innovation Manager at P&G, your focus will be on delivering new solutions to the IT function. You will play an integral role in defining the innovation strategy and long-term vision of the function. Working collaboratively with the central technology leadership team, functional leaders, and decision-makers across the different business units, you will be expected to nurture key internal relationships and uncover the biggest challenges they face in their day-to-day operations. Using this knowledge and your relationships in the global tech ecosystem, you will perform startup mapping and tech due-diligence to identify and assess the best startups for us to partner with.
Your main responsibilities
Proactively engage with internal technology business units’ leaders to map current and future needs
Conduct landscape assessment and prepare startup mappings according to the identified needs
Maintain close relationships with a vast network of VCs & Accelerators in key innovation markets
Perform tech due-diligence and risk assessments on relevant startups
Maintain focus on new technologies and identify new trends and opportunities
Job Qualifications
Software engineering/computer science degree is a must
Well-versed in technology, familiar with market trends and key players
Ability to conduct tech due diligence in a broad range of areas
Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
Strong analytical skills, fast learner
Ability to think strategically and translate to actions to ‘get things done’
Fluency in English and effective communication skills (both written and oral)
