Leading and managing a team of 15+Tax Analysts. Overseeing all aspects of tax compliance including calculation, filing, payment, and reconciliation of taxes. Ensuring adherence to local GAAP and statutory requirements.
 

As a Global Tax Centre - EMEIA Manager for EMEIA region, you will be responsible for:

Managing tax compliance process for CIT and IDT along with audits and inquiries from SSA countries tax authorities.

Working to resolve any tax issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, controllership and operations, to assess the tax implications of business decisions and transactions.

Facilitating communication with in-country tax teams, global tax advisory teams, in-country controllership teams, and product company FP&A through various channels.

Monitoring, analyze changes in the company's business activities, structure and proactively identify opportunities to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate tax risks.

Leading and mentor junior members of the tax team, and provide training and guidance on SSA countries tax matters.


Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, ACCA, CPA and Professional Cert in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)

Have minimum 7-10 yr of experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field.

Have proficiency in Oracle and SAP systems.

Have experience in Blackline accounts reconciliation tool and advanced proficiency in MS Excel would be advantageous.

Have proven track record of developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize tax risks.

Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop practical solutions.

Have demonstrated experience in managing teams of more than 10 subordinates.
