Global Sustainable Sourcing Process Manager Job Description **Global Sustainable Sourcing Process Manager & Team Supervisor** **_Are you passionate about sustainability? At Grundfos, we are looking for a Global Sustainable Sourcing Process Manager to join our Group Purchasing team._** **What is the job about?** You will become a member in one of the best teams in Grundfos in Purchasing Excellence, where besides the positive, can-do mindset - which ensures the great atmosphere to work – innovation play key role in daily activities. As a Global Sustainable Sourcing Process Manager, you will develop and execute sustainability frameworks and strategies related to sustainability sourcing, managing various sustainability and compliance projects, and ensuring continuous improvement in daily operations. You'll additionally be involved in leading and mentoring a diverse team (you will have 6 direct reports), promoting knowledge sharing, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while adhering to organizational policies and procedures. You will report to the Director of Group Purchasing Excellence, and this role will be based at our site in Székesfehérvár, Hungary **Your main responsibilities:** + Develop and enhance sustainability frameworks and tools and execute green and sustainable supplier management strategies. + actively contribute to corporate level external reporting and sustainability rating initiatives + Manage and support various sustainability and compliance projects. + Establish work frames and ensure continuous improvement in daily operations. + Provide timely reports and organize regular performance reviews. + Advance and report on Sustainable Sourcing KPIs. + Oversee Product Chemical Compliance (PCC) and Responsible Minerals Sourcing activities. + Ensure vendor onboardings to a digital data sharing tools are on track and working closely to a service provider improving user interface. + Support to secure that valid Drinking Water Approval certificates for relevant purchased items. + Utilize escalation channels and internal networks to address vendor cooperation challenges. + Collaborate on sustainability pilots and initiatives with various stakeholders. + Participate in risk assessments, audit reviews, and manage sustainability and compliance areas. + Identify and recommend improvements to policies and processes. + Continuously assess team bandwidth and benchmark industry digital solutions. + Shape the department to ensure the right resources and capabilities are in place. + Lead by example in commitment, compliance, work ethics, and personal character. + Educate the organization on processes and systems usage. + Promote work/life balance and support team development. + Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. + Promote knowledge sharing and skill development within the team. + Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures. + Maintain strong cooperation with key stakeholders in sustainability and product compliance. **Key Success Factors:** + Achieving Sustainability KPIs + Completing PCC and CMD data collection + Meeting Conflict Minerals compliance rates + Complying with NIS2 and other assigned scopes **Your background:** + Degree in Business or relevant field (preferred focus on environmental science, sustainability, supply chain management, etc.) + 3+ years in a leadership role with team management experience + 5+ years in supplier relationship management or leading cross-functional projects, with a track record of delivering successful Continuous Improvement projects + Several years’ experience in regulatory and compliance + Proficiency in English + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Strong in process mapping and process management + Proactive, curious, and eager to learn + Strong decision-making abilities under pressure **What’s in it for you?** Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
