From digital, media and events to employee experience, strategic relationships, and community partners, we identify opportunities to deliver on our business and sustainability agenda, while proactively identifying storylines and opportunities to advance our narrative. **About the role** Reckitt’s Sustainability Reporting & Communications team is responsible for producing Reckitt’s sustainability disclosures and communications at a group level. The Global Sustainability Performance & Reporting Manager is a key member of the team, contributing significantly to our reporting endeavours, meeting current and future reporting requirements, and strengthening our performance in external ESG ratings with the provision of timely and robust performance data and narrative. The role has responsibility for leading on the preparation of Reckitt’s sustainability disclosures in accordance with the EU Taxonomy requirements, alongside supporting the wider team on CSRD and other (incl. CDP) reporting preparations. In addition, the role plays a critical role in engaging with subject matter experts across the business to educate on reporting requirements and gather the necessary data and information. **Your responsibilities** In summary, you'll: + Manage Reckitt’s EU Taxonomy reporting preparations. In partnership with the Senior Finance Manager - ESG, project manage the delivery of the EU Taxonomy roadmap, engaging with relevant teams to communicate requirements, co-create action plans and monitor progress of activities against plan. + Support on CSRD preparations and year end reporting. This will include engaging with relevant teams to communicate requirements, preparing reporting materials and assisting in any other CSRD related activities. + Act as key contact between Sustainability Reporting team and IT&D team on the delivery of IT reporting solutions, ensuring that reporting and disclosure needs and ambitions (data and format) are integrated into systems development and/or software selection to ensure future-resilient sustainability data management of internal performance management and planning, and external disclosure. + Manage the ESG assurance process, supporting the team on the provision of data and information to secure assurance on select KPIs and processes within the 2024 assurance scope. In addition, the role will input into scoping and support with the provision of data for the 2025 assurance process. + Support on the completion of Reckitt’s participation in ESG ratings and benchmarks, principally CDP. The role will lead on our response to CDP Forests and support the Sustainable Sourcing team on the CGF Forest Positive Coalition return. For, Sustainalytics and MSCI, keeping up to date with developments and reviewing the annual assessments of Reckitt’s sustainability performance by these external ESG ratings. + Supporting the Head of Sustainability on TNFD (Taskforce of Nature Related Disclosures) activities, such as participation on TNFD working groups, keeping abreast of nature reporting developments and ensuring TNFD elements are incorporated into Reckitt’s reporting and communications. **The experience we're looking for** + Established experience in sustainability, ESG and non-financial reporting and communications, ideally in FMCG sector. + Strong project management experience with proven analytical abilities and attention to detail. + Familiarity with external reporting frameworks and benchmarks (CDP, GRI, MSCI) and the wider reporting landscape (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, ISSB). + Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills. + Experience of working across all levels of the business, managing stakeholders with competing priorities. **Personal attributes:** + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is critical. + Ability to translate complex requirements into understandable asks of stakeholders. + Confidence and conviction when making recommendations, with the ability to robustly deal with challenge from all levels of the business. + Be persistent and undeterred on encountering obstacles and tracking work through to completion. + Strong ability to review and identify issues and opportunities in the business and get things done - Flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills. **The skills for success** Strategic Thinking, Environmental Knowledge, Stakeholder Engagement, Regulatory Compliance, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Reporting and Communication, Environmental Management Systems, Auditing, Risk Management, Sustainable Sourcing, Training and Education, Life Cycle Assessment, Regulatory Knowledge, Human Rights, Due Diligence, International Standards, Stakeholder Collaboration, Training and Capacity Building, Incident Response, Policy Development, Legal Understanding. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
