We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Services team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Global Services Sourcing, Specialist

We will count on you to:

Negotiates for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies to minimize the cost of purchases and to ensure business goals are met.Participate in negotiations for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies. Implements and utilizes supply chain strategies to address capacity issues, etc. Develops and implements supply chain strategies and develops networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc.Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to help determine reasonable prices.Administers contracts in accordance with sourcing goals to ensure acceptable service levels.Research suppliers to ensure that the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.Research suppliers to ensure that the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.Works directly with the suppliers to assure capacity and continuity of supply for specific components.Spanish and English fluency.  

What you need to have: 

5-7 Years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain related disciplineBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Extraordinary client focus skillsStrong leadership and communication skills.Ability to build strong relationships.Influencing, leading, and delegating abilitiesAbility to initiate/manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.Planning and organizing – Organizational abilitiesResult oriented: Ability to achieve the target within given timeNegotiating skillsConflict resolution.Adaptability – Efficient under pressure, always meet deadlines
