Job Summary:
As the Global Service Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of service solutions across diverse global markets. This role focuses on articulating the value proposition of services, including enhanced product performance, minimized downtime, and cost efficiency. You will develop and execute region-specific service sales strategies that address local market needs and drive customer satisfaction. Collaborating with regional teams, you will ensure the successful execution and delivery of service offerings tailored to regional requirements while maintaining global alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Global Service Sales Strategies:
Create and implement service sales strategies that align with corporate goals while addressing the specific needs of each region. Customize sales approaches based on the local economic environment, customer profiles, and competitive landscape. Sell the Value of Service Solutions:
Clearly articulate the value proposition of service offerings, showing how preventive maintenance, repair services, upgrades, and support contracts improve asset performance, reduce downtime, and provide long-term savings. Tailor these benefits to align with regional market drivers and customer pain points. Regional Execution and Delivery: North America: Leverage existing service networks and customer support infrastructure to deliver fast, reliable service. Emphasize quick response times and localized expertise to meet the needs of industries that prioritize uptime and operational efficiency. Europe: Focus on long-term service contracts, preventive maintenance, and compliance with strict regulatory standards. Work with regional teams to highlight how service packages can help customers stay compliant while optimizing performance. Asia-Pacific: Develop flexible, cost-effective service models that cater to rapid industrial growth and high-demand markets. Collaborate with local sales teams to address the specific service needs of industries undergoing fast-paced technological advancements. Latin America: Promote comprehensive service solutions that offer both preventive and corrective maintenance. Tailor service offerings to address the financial and logistical challenges customers face, with a focus on improving product longevity and reducing operational risk. Middle East & Africa: Focus on ensuring service availability in remote or underserved regions, partnering with local service providers and distributors to guarantee prompt delivery and execution. Highlight how services can minimize operational disruptions in challenging environments. Foster Regional Partnerships:
Build strong relationships with regional service leaders, distributors, and customers. Collaborate with local teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations and cultural preferences. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with product development, marketing, and regional sales teams to ensure service offerings meet customer needs in each region. Develop regionally tailored marketing materials and service plans that resonate with local customers. Lead and Mentor the Global Service Sales Team:
Guide and mentor a global team of service sales professionals, providing region-specific coaching and performance feedback to ensure consistent results. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging service opportunities in each region. Understand regional competitive landscapes and customer pain points to proactively position service offerings. Performance Tracking and Adjustments:
Track global service sales performance, ensuring regional KPIs are met. Use data and customer feedback to continuously refine service offerings and adjust strategies based on regional market conditions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred. 8+ years of experience in global sales leadership, with a focus on service sales and regional execution. Proven track record of success in selling value-driven service solutions and achieving revenue targets in multiple regions. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and experience customizing service solutions based on local needs. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and functions. Experience in cross-functional and multicultural environments. Ability to travel internationally as required.
