For our office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Sales & Organization Team. You will have the opportunity to be directly involved in exciting projects for Sales Team & Training community.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to design innovative training materials, create engaging content, and craft impactful communication strategies for key global retail training projects, including onboarding and performance programs for Sales and Training professionals and communication and change management initiatives for the Field population.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Content Creation & Learning Design: You'll contribute to the development of engaging and impactful training content, incorporating best practices, trends, and interactive visuals (e.g., infographics, flowcharts). You'll be part of the organization of workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather insights and generate ideas. Communication & Engagement: You'll support the design of compelling campaigns and visually appealing materials to drive excitement and learner commitment. You'll foster engagement within the global training community through existing routines, digital channels and other touchpoints leveraging interactive tools (e.g., Kahoot, Mentimeter) to enhance participation. Impact Measurement & Data Visualization: You'll gain understanding of training data and you'll work on the data analysis to assess program success, generate insights, and create data-driven reports for continuous improvement.
You are the right person if you:
Have a background in Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing & communication Are Fluent in Italian and English and would like to work with multicultural teams Are open to learning and you have a proactive attitude Like to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people, with strong written and verbal communication skills Have Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Are used to work with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and possess an excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Teams,..)Curious about who you'll be working with?
