Global Sales Enablement - Content & Facilitation Specialist

**Introduction**
This role creates impactful learning solutions that enhance sales performance across a diverse and fast-paced global organization. Specialists design and implement virtual, live virtual, and in-person learning programs that support an ever-boarding program focused on supporting the needs of new, early, and experienced sales professionals. This includes working with vendors and partners to surface content, source, organize, and present content to facilitate effective learning experiences.
**Your role and responsibilities**
Content & Facilitation Specialists focus on curating, creating, organizing, and maintaining a robust library of high-quality sales skill content and collateral that aligns to IBM’s Client Engagement Model. This includes:
* Identifying the critical skills and desired behavior expected from a cutting-edge sales team.
* Aligning sales skills to a desired sales behavior and providing guidance on how to measure the behavior
* Identify the enablement needs of sellers and sales managers through consultation with the various teams
* Find the virtual, live, and in-person content based on identified needs. This includes working with vendors to select appropriate teaching methods, materials, and resources.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Curious learner to develop a strong understanding of sales professionals, their needs, and the latest relevant technology and market trends
* Independent self-starter who can identify reliable sources for enablement planning
* Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other enablement professionals to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
* Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the content remains current and relevant
* Strong networking skills who can become part of the extended sales and sales manager community
* Excellent communication skills for presenting strategy and development of individual events
* Active listening skills to listen for needs expressed explicitly or implicitly by sales leaders
* Solid understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to use technology effectively in education
* Facilitation skills to engage sales professionals and deliver compelling messages in live virtual or in-person enablement
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Course development in an LMS, including YourLearning
* Experience with Adobe Content Manager
* Public Speaking experience
