Job DescriptionAs a Global Quality Assurance Lead, you have ownership on the quality of the product and the development of Supply Chain Partners (suppliers) in terms of COS teams’ physical and chemical standards.
Main Responsibilities:
PRODUCT & MATERIAL INPUT
Risk assessment validation & inputInput on difficult product cases (commercial decision, customer service case)Part of ensuring new materials and product types follow our requirementsCOS QA method owner
Ensure we have best related testing methods to reach COS product quality ambitionsBuild and host trainings plus ensure methods are followed globally for suppliers, COS team and 3rd party labsContact person and COS lead in H&M Group Physical and Chemical topics (updates to common routines, coordinate upcoming new compliance topics)COS Durability Lead & Expert
Lead of COS durability agenda: set scope with clear goal, including strong stakeholder management and ensure project progress on timeHave overview of coming durability legislation and ensure strong prep work for COS.Product durability projects: focus on key materials, products and trimsQualificationsAlignment to our company values is the most important characteristic we look for in all new joiners. What you need to succeed
Previous experiences in fashion apparel industryStrong project management skillsExcellent leadership and communication skill to work with internal and external stakeholder as well as suppliers and 3rd party labGood analytical and problem solving skills, strategic approach to lead the durability and longevity projectsOpen minded and result drivenProactive in identifying challenges and opportunities, implement innovative solutions that enhance quality and efficiencyFluent in both written and spoken EnglishAdditional InformationThis is a fulltime permanent position can be either based in Shanghai, China or Türkiye, starting as soon as possible according to agreement.
