Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will support our Product Portfolio Manager in optimizing our product range for electrical installation materials. In this role, you will analyze market requirements and help translate them into product innovations. You will collaborate with both local and international stakeholders to shape the future of sustainable electrification. Qualifications for the role

Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in product management or sales within the electrification industry, ideally with wiring accessories, installation materials, smart home, or lighting productsFluent in German and English, with experience working in Germany and a strong understanding of its business cultureStrong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindsetSelf-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teamsPassion for innovation and sustainability in electrification solutions
