Partner with the best
This is an exciting position to lead a critical product line within the Panametrics analyser business. The Product Manager will own the strategy, wing to wing portfolio management and product development plan to deliver profitable growth for the Industrial Moisture product line and enable the business to deliver on agreed financial targets.
Additionally, the Product Manager will work with Sales, Marketing and Technology functions to capture customer requirements (voice of customer), drive product campaigns and develop innovative solutions to customer problems.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
Having collaborative ownership of orders, sales, pricing strategy, and margin targets for your portfolio to align with the overall Panametrics business targets for each sales region.
Developing the vision and strategy for the Panametrics industrial moisture products portfolio. Key contributor to short and long term business strategic planning cycles.
Developing MGPP (multi-generational product / service plans) via “voice of the customer” input on new technologies, new products, developments with competition, and general market trends.
Tracking and benchmarking global competitors -identify market and competitive trends and provide extensive voice of customer to develop winning business strategies.
Being the primary support for product commercialization efforts in conjunction with Marketing through development of marketing collateral, technical papers, tradeshows, and customer presentations.
Identifying partnership & inorganic acquisition targets and drive business development activity.
Primary interface for Industrial moisture products into the organization across multiple functional groups, including operations, customer care, service, application engineering, sales, and technology, on major issues and opportunities.
Providing product training and key account support to sales and service teams
Directing cost out initiatives within your product line

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor from an accredited institution or college in business management or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Have proven experience in a technical sales, marketing or product management role
Be highly knowledgeable of markets, applications, and competition where measurement instrumentation is used
Be flexible for international travel up to 30% of the time to visit customers and partners
The ideal candidate will be located in Ireland, European and Global candidates will be considered to work remotely within their local country if they have the relevant skills and experience required.
