Title: Global Pricing & Market Access Director, Oncology Diagnostics

The annual base pay for this position ranges from 211,708.00 - 317,562.00 USD Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Diagnostic Market Access Manager to implement market access strategies for diagnostic products. The role involves navigating reimbursement pathways, engaging with healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring optimal market positioning to drive product adoption. The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare economics, policy, and diagnostics, with a proven track record of enabling successful market entry.
Key Responsibilities
Market Access Strategy Development:Execute comprehensive market access strategies for diagnostic products across multiple geographies.Analyze and adapt to regulatory, reimbursement, and pricing landscapes to ensure optimal product positioning.Reimbursement and Policy Navigation:Develop innovative reimbursement pathways and frameworks to support new diagnostic technologies.Collaborate with health authorities, payers, and policymakers to advocate for favorable reimbursement policies.Health Economics and Value Demonstration:Conduct health economic analyses, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, to demonstrate the value of diagnostic solutions.Develop value dossiers, payer tools, and evidence-based arguments to support pricing and reimbursement decisions.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, policymakers, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and discussions with external partners.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and sales teams to align market access strategies with business objectives.Provide input on product development to ensure alignment with market access requirements.Market Insights and Trend Analysis:Monitor trends in diagnostics, healthcare policies, and reimbursement models to identify opportunities and risks.Provide strategic recommendations based on market intelligence and competitor analysis.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).3+ years of experience in market access, health economics, or reimbursement within the diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.Deep understanding of global reimbursement systems, health policy, and payer decision-making processes.Experience developing and implementing value-based strategies for innovative diagnostic technologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in interpretation of health economic modeling tools and market access platforms is a plus.Key Competencies
