B3H is seeking a Global Precision Attack Support Subject Matter expert to support Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC), Directorate of Strategic Plans, Programs Requirements and Assessments (A5/8/9). Position is onsite at Langley AFB, VA

Responsibilities Support to A589 as a Global Precision Attack SupportExtensive CAF experience – Fighter or TACP roleSupporting ACC staff, plans and programs Working in a MAJCOM or higher Air Force level staff for Global Precision Attack (GPA)Air Combat Command staffing and plans and programs knowledgeWorking with Government to achieve goals per PWS- Performance work Statement Qualifications Three (3) years’ experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher budget or resource management activities Three (3) years’ experience USAF MAJCOM or higher Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and execution (PPBE) developing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Command level Financial Execution PlansFive (5) years of rated operational CAF Air-to-Ground fighter or Tactical Command Post (TACP) experienceKnowledge of budgeting for Air Force single and multi-year appropriation characteristics, uses, application and structure (e.g., Operation and Maintenance, and Procurement) Knowledge of DoD Financial Management Regulations and Air Force Budget Guidance and Procedures Skilled in monitoring commitment, obligation, and execution rates Ability to conduct studies, analyze data, develop alternatives, and make recommendations to resolve budget problems.
