Global People Lead – GBS Strategy Programme
Full-Time - 12-month fixed term
Derby, Bristol or London based (3 days a week on-site)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced HR Leader to join the Rolls Royce Group Business Services (GBS) People Team playing a key role on the Strategy project team. This will be on a 12-month fixed term basis.
A new GBS Strategy to drive strategic value is being developed. The People plan is critical for successful activation and mobilisation. You will be accountable for driving, overseeing and delivering all aspects of the GBS Strategy people agenda. You will also provide subject matter expertise on organisation design and lead the organisation design workstream. Therefore, it is essential you have experience of successfully managing change initiatives and an understanding of global ER requirements in a change and transformation environment.
Whilst we are flexible on your location, there is a requirement to predominately work on-site at Derby.

What you will be doing:
With this attractive opportunity you will be responsible for the global people and ER activities across all phases of the GBS transformation:
Lead the People Workstream on the project, involving its scoping, planning and delivery.Responsible for the global people and ER activities across all phases of the GBS transformation.Actively participate in all programme-wide planning and governance, a core member of the inner project team.Lead all activities to ensure global employee relations and Information and Consultation compliance, working with ER Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).Responsible for having an agreed communication plan, working jointly with the Project Change Lead, which aligns to the overall programme activities, and includes all identified stakeholder groupsIn collaboration with the relevant SMEs, responsibility for defining the employee value proposition and the reward, talent and capability strategies.Provide subject matter expertise on GBS transitions, employee relations, reward structures, organisational design, Employee Value proposition and recruitment. Identifying and mitigating risks, including retention strategy for the global programme.Who we’re looking for:
