Job Description
About the role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Global Partnerships Executive to join our Affiliates & Partnerships team in London. You will be maximising growth and generate impactful partnerships, examples include migration agencies, real estate agents and wealth managers for expats.
The Affiliates & Partnerships team is one of the biggest user acquisition channels within the Performance Marketing tribe. Our vision is to give partners the opportunity to recommend Wise by creating deals which work for both parties. We do this by setting up referral style partnerships without the need for heavier technical integrations.
The Wise product is universally useful, yet many people still don’t understand how they are losing out to hidden fees. For this reason your scope of partnership opportunities will be endless. You’ll start by managing partnerships that can help customers to save money when buying property abroad and everything involved in this journey but then we’ll need you to test, validate and scale more new partnership categories/ types to drive new customer and volume growth. You will be responsible for finding new partners, convincing them to work with Wise, commercials, campaign management and reporting.
To support you in your role, you’ll work closely with the project manager to help you with execution. You’ll also work closely with the Affiliate Relationship Exec to improve the set up of new partnerships and an embedded analyst to support you in the incremental analysis of partnerships.
This role is ideal for candidates with mid level experience (3+ years in relevant roles) who are passionate about unlocking true value through new partnerships. You’ll need to have experience in managing partner relationships and strong analytical skills to grow and streamline existing partnerships.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Continue Partnership Growth
Manage a pipeline of high volume partnerships end to end with the guidance of the project manager
Suggest different payment options and partnership integrations to make sure Wise is promoted to the partner’s audience (CPA, Fixed Fee, CPL, Rev Share and anything else you can think of!)
Regularly review current acquisition spend vs revenue to ensure partners are meeting desired KPIs. Where they are not, take appropriate action to rectify
Speak directly and meet partners regularly
Run incremental tests to find new growth opportunities
Streamline processes in the project, including referral program, payments and pipelines.
Find New Partnership Opportunities
Qualify new leads from outreach and our inbound form to find out the size and potential of the opportunities. This will involve investigating the companies, requesting more info and having early stage calls.
Manage pipeline of deals and help with sourcing prospects, outreaching, commercial negotiation and set up of new deals.
Create theories, test and then scale new partnership verticals
Pitch new partnership ideas to stakeholders within Wise and create a business case
Set up new partnerships and create any supporting marketing material needed to target the partners’ audience
Assist to events to be up-to-date with the industry and find new partnership opportunities.
Data Analysis
Monitor partner performance on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis and relate results back to specific activities
Strong understanding of different KPIs to make commercial decisions.

Lead our data analysis across all partner areas
