Global Oracle HCM Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Oracle Human Capital Management Technical Director** to join our team. This position can be based out of any WSP USA office location. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting and overseeing all technical aspects of the Oracle Fusion HCM. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the functional/IT peers, Operations team, internal/external functional consultants and developers, to ensure the seamless operations, maintenance and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM Applications. The ideal profile will be a delivery leader adept at leveraging Oracle offerings to modernize their HR business processes around core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Learning, Outsource -Benefits/Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management along with numerous other processes. We will help drive continuous innovation including efforts to introduce automation, new solutions, industry-specific model systems and solutions. **Your Impact** + Key thought leader, contributor and proactive collaborator who brings technical and architectural vision to the overall solutions. + Delivery Responsibility for D&I (Development and Integration), Reporting and Data Conversion for Operations, Enhancements and new implementations. + Manages a global technical team Internal and External (System Integrator). + Collaborating with and/or leading cross functional teams to design and deliver robust solutions. + Stay up-to-date with new features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion. + Provides guidance on how to address business requirements via a technical solution. + Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Review and make recommendations to existing end-to-end integrated solutions. + Coach and Mentor junior resources on the program. + Adhering to program governance for the SDLC. **Who You Are** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Or equivalent years of relevant experience. + 12+ years related work experience with Oracle ERP. At-least 2 year + with Oracle Fusion. + Expertise across the Oracle Fusion Tech stack including but not limited to: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, VBCS, Java, Oracle Database, XML/BI Publisher, ADF, SQL, PL/SQL, FBDI etc. + Strong experience in HCM – Core HR, HCM, Compensation, Performance Management, OTL. + Strong experience in Data Conversion using HDL/PBL/Spreadsheet Loaders etc., and recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology scaling for volume and growth. + Support design and testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors and Oracle BIP Reports, Analysis Reports, and Reports using Data Models. + Good understanding of the Fusion HCM Modules, related database objects and working experience of HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts and User Entities (UE) is required. + Experience across all RICE design/ development on Oracle ERP Cloud tech stack. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and technical judgment. + Experience in collection and documentation of business requirements and the transfer of those requirements into a sound technical solution. + Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills is a must. + Ability to influence others to gain support, and actively work to implement improvements in issue resolution processes. **WSP Benefits** WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
