Your role and responsibilities

Are you ready to lead global operations and drive transformation in the blending industry? As the Global Operations Manager and PMO for Blending unit, you will be at the heart of globalizing supply chain management, standardizing project execution, and leading high-impact initiatives. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and supply chain, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and scalability.This role is for a leader who thrives on complex, multiregional projects and knows how to turn strategic goals into action. You will directly oversee the TOP 5 Blending projects while shaping the global supply chain strategy - transforming sourcing from a local model to an international powerhouse across India, China, and Vietnam.Your Main Responsibilities:•\tSet the Standards for Global Project Execution – Establish methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistency, efficiency, and on-time delivery across projects. You’ll supervise all project managers while directly managing the highest-impact blending projects.•\tGlobalize Supply Chain Operations – Take sourcing management to the next level, transitioning from a local-based model to a robust global supply chain across key international markets.•\tLead a High-Impact PMO Function – Shape and define best practices for program management, ensuring project execution aligns with business objectives.•\tDrive Operational Excellence – Optimize processes, implement Lean & Agile methodologies, and continuously improve operational efficiency.•\tBe the Key Decision-Maker for Strategic Growth – Partner with senior leadership, suppliers, and global teams to expand operations and build long-term success.•\tBe the Go-To Leader – Act as the primary escalation point for complex challenges across supply chain, engineering, and project management.

Qualifications for the role

\t10+ years of experience in a combined role of engineering management & supply chain management at a global level.\tProven expertise in global sourcing, procurement, and supply chain transformation.\tStrong leadership in project management and PMO functions, ensuring standardization and successful execution of major projects.\tExperience in cross-functional and multicultural collaboration, working across engineering, operations, and supply chain in an international setting.\tFamiliarity with Lean, Agile, and risk management methodologies to drive operational excellence.\tExceptional stakeholder management skills - comfortable engaging with executives, customers, and global teams.\tStrong analytical mindset with experience in financial oversight, budgeting, and cost management.\tPassion for leading transformation, scaling global teams, and delivering high-impact results.
