Your mission: Our Internal Global Mobility team provides support for PwC’s international assignment programmes. As part of our team, you’ll help with all human resources related aspects of international assignments including tax, immigration, mobility consulting, and expatriate compensation and benefits. 

 

As our future Global Mobility manager, you will manage our international employee populations, handling various immigration-related aspects of their movements, and helping them to navigate the unfamiliar legislative environments in which they work. Missions that are so enriching, that give meaning to daily work life! 

 

Because you are a natural good communicator, you will deal with candidates, employees, HR teams and partners, bringing them your advice and your expertise. You are not afraid to negotiate, work with several profiles and foster decision-making. International mindset, human-centered and experimented are three main words to describe you. 

 

Be a part of our team where you will:   

Advise the Business Leaders on Global mobility solutions, including on budget costs, administrative procedures and tax aspects; Provide mobility related advice and expertise to staff, assignees, other HR teams and Partners to facilitate understanding and application of our policies and procedures;  Assist the team in the management of the analysis of any related implications (immigration, formalities,...); Liaise with the PwC Network, including others department, PwC GM team or PwC offices; Prepare international assignee’s packages and ensuring effective administration of benefits; Work in close collaboration with the leadership team and create business opportunities with others PwC offices;   Coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with assignees, our Global Mobility Network, internal and external providers; Contribute to the promotion of our International Assignment Program; Assist the team in the management of the immigration process and the analysis of tax and social security aspects; Participate to ongoing improvement process, including reviewing and automatising Global Mobility processes;  Review international assignee’s packages and contracts and coordinate with other departments to ensure effective administration of benefits. 

 

Let’s talk about you. If you …  

Hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Taxation, Accounting or equivalent; Have at least 5 to 6 years of experience in Global Mobility / Human Resources or Expatriate Compensation and benefits, individual taxation, social security or related field;  Have an interest in working with and learning from individuals coming from various countries/cultures; Have excellent communication and organizational skills; Have knowledge in Luxembourg immigration law, personal taxation and social security; Are fluent in English and good command of French, German and Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset.
