As a Global Mobility Manager, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day operational activities in relation to moving staff on assignment. You will be working with the Head of Global Mobility and the global mobility team to provide employees with a high standard tailored GM service focusing on a positive client experience. Besides that, you will be working with HRBPs and Business leaders and will provide solutions to business need based on the GM policy framework.

Implementing Syngenta new Mobility program and processes and training/communicating clearly to relevant stakeholders
Participating in a creation of new technology workflows and compliance process implementation
Managing the end-to-end assignment process
Preparing cost estimates, assignment documentation, compensation calculations and liaising with vendors
Overseeing and/or managing IA recharge process
Coordinating Monthly IA payroll – previous knowledge of IA payroll required
Collaboration and initiation of vendors (tax, relocation, other)

You will be a great fit if you have:
BSc/MSc degree or equivalent
5-8 years of professional experience in global mobility or related fields
Fluent English language knowledge
Strong numerical skills and solid experience in MS Excel
Ability to establish close working relationships with the HR Operational Services Delivery teams, Global HRBP’s/HR, Finance, key business stakeholders and external third-party providers
Ability to provide guidance and make recommendations within policy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and thrive/develop in a complex business environment
High level of customer service & delivery
Good attention to detail
