Crocs is hiring a Global Merchant, Retail to our Broomfield-based Global Merchandising team! This role reports into the Merchandising Manager, focusing on the Retail channel for Mono-brand businesses. This role acts as a key advocate for Global Merchandising vision. Responsibilities include helping to develop the global merchandising big-ideas, strategy, and assortment plan for Retail and Outlet channels while supporting regional go-to-market processes. The Merchandiser will foster alignment between regions and the global Crocs brand by cultivating a collaborative, consumer-focused, and data-driven retail culture.

What You'll Do Implement global tools and processes to ensure brand cohesion and alignment with the strategic merchandising plan. Develop and implement merchandise strategies aligned with company goals, seasonal trends, and customer insights. Assist with the alignment and execution of seasonal key stories in product assortments, placement/zoning, and marketing initiatives. Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on key metrics to inform stakeholders and drive business results. Collaborate with planning and category teams to align franchise strategies across global teams. Partner with design, marketing, and product line management to drive and align on product vision, storytelling, and go-to market. Work with regional merchandising teams to tailor assortments for diverse markets. Maintain regular communication with key global and regional cross-functional partners, including Planning, Marketing, Design, and Development. Develop a deep understanding of the regional retail landscape to identify and validate product needs, opportunities, and gaps. Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform decision-making. Propose innovative solutions and concepts to enhance the customer experience and brand storytelling. Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Contribute to creating a consumer-focused and data-driven Retail culture, balancing the art and science to drive the brand forward. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, or a related field. At least 2+ years of progressive experience in merchandising, product creation, or retail; footwear experience preferred. Proven ability to communicate and implement merchandising strategies effectively. Strong retail math skills and experience managing open-to-buy processes. Experience working in a cross-functional matrix environment. Knowledge of international fashion/trends with the ability to translate them into commercial concepts. Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English required.

Salary or Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
