Directs activities involved in interactions to establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders relevant to Entyvio® and Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. These responsibilities include leadership roles in meetings with the key opinion leaders, establishment of strategy for Entyvio®, and developing documents required to outline the Company positions on research programs e.g. materials used for meeting presentations and formal responses to communications received from the regulatory organizations or opinion leaders. Is a core member of the Medical Strategy Unit, contributing to the Global Product Medical Plan and its implementation. MD required, PhD is a plus, preferably a minimum of 7 years total pharma industry experience. Clinical research experience within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO health-related consulting company, and/or biomedical/clinical experience within academiaExperience in synopsis/protocol writing and Medical MonitoringKnowledge of clinical operations and at least 3 years’ experience working in the area of immune-mediated disorders, experience in Inflammatory Bowel Disease is desirableExperience working on Global Products, engaging with International KOLs and delivering on a multinational value proposition for the assigned productDemonstrated ability to work effectively in complex matrix environmentsKnowledge of pharmaceutical industry dynamics and trends including a good understanding of the life cycle of a brand from cross-functional perspectives (e.g. marketing, pricing and reimbursement, supply chain)Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, including proven success in communicating ideas to build collaborative work relationshipsAdvanced interpersonal and negotiation skills including clear achievements in positively influencing key stakeholdersAbility to proactively predict issues and avoid problemsAbility to drive decision-making within a multi-disciplinary, multi-regional, matrix teamsDiplomacy and positive influencing abilitiesFluency in EnglishDesired

$222,600.00 - $349,800.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
