About the Program
The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, offering a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years, resulting in permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

Our professionals are at the center of the world’s financial markets, providing liquidity, insights and analytics, competitive pricing across the full spectrum of asset classes – all focused on helping clients outperform their benchmarks. The clients are the world’s largest public and private institutional investors including: asset managers, financial institutions, public and private pension funds, governments, hedge funds, insurance companies, corporates and more.
Who We Look For:
Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner and relevant experience for the Line of Business. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.
The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the Global Markets business areas, like:
Trading (voice, electronic, algorithmic trading, etc.) Structuring (various asset classes) Sales Research (Equity Research, Fixed Income Research, Economic Research Digital Markets (Digital Product Management) Prime Brokerage and Clearing Etc.Individuals with previous experience operating at VP or Associate level (or equivalent) in one or more of the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility to work in France is required.
We will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non-for-profit, part-time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
