Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant III supports an executive and their team within Global Markets Business Controls. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, above average technical/desktop skills (particularly with Excel and PowerPoint), and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment. Communicates with executives across a variety of lines of business within Global Markets. Must be polished, proactive, and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment. May manage several different objectives, projects, or activities at one time pertaining to Control Program functions and routines. Must be able to manage multiple calendars and expense reports, as well as book travel. Candidate must use considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment while providing diverse and confidential administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Communicates with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant informationAnswers manager's phone line, documenting accurate messages, and handling calls with appropriate judgmentProactively manages the calendar of multiple executives, effectively resolving conflicts that arise in a professional mannerArranges and handles details related to travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, and appointmentsPrepares meeting minutes and related meeting documents, utilizing written and oral communication skillsPrepares correspondence, reports, and forms for leaders, following interaction with internal and/or external customers to answer questions, research, and resolve problems

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/ university or equivalent years of experience3+ years of experience supporting a senior level managerMS Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with a strong attention to detailAbility to multitask in a faced paced environment
