What You'll Do
Are you looking to accelerate your career in B2B marketing while working at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and industry? As the Marketing Coordinator for BCG’s Global Industrial Goods (IG) Practice, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of B2B marketing — from content strategy and digital campaigns to events and lead generation activities.
You’ll work directly with senior leaders in industries that are driving global impact, including Automotive & Mobility, Aerospace & Defense, Materials & Process Industries, and GreenTech. From shaping content that defines the future of industrial innovation to supporting marquee global events like CES, this role offers high-impact opportunities to build real-world marketing expertise in a fast-paced, global environment.
Reporting to the IG Marketing Director, you will be a key player in executing the marketing strategy, amplifying BCG’s thought leadership, and contributing to initiatives that position BCG as the partner of choice for leading industrial companies worldwide.
Marketing Planning and Strategy
Editorial Strategy, Content Creation and ROMI
Support content creation by working with experts and editorial team to produce high-quality materials for web, social media, email, and other platforms.Maintain and update content on BCG.com for Industrial Goods, ensuring narratives stay relevant and tracking performance metrics.Create marketing plans to promote content across multiple channels, develop social assets, and support paid media campaigns on LinkedIn when relevantAssist in content amplification across multiple channels, monitoring engagement, and providing recommendations for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with other Practice Area marketing teams to support joint campaigns, initiatives, and content development.Collaborate with teams such as External Relations, PR, Global Editorial, and Social Media to align marketing efforts with broader BCG initiatives.Provide support to internal stakeholders, including author teams and sector managers, to help translate business insights into marketing actions.Event Execution
Support the delivery of proprietary and industry-sponsored events and sponsorships, across invitation campaigns (using CRM and Marketo), logistics management, on-the-ground support, and pre and post event comms.Marketing team Support
Assist in increasing the visibility of marketing activities within the Practice Area through internal communications such as email newsletters.Reporting – Support PA marketing Leaders with preparation of analysis and materials for leadership team meetings and other internal forums (e.g. tracking publication performance, social media performance, internal communications effectiveness)You're good at
Successful candidates will feel comfortable operating on a global team with multiple stakeholders and a variety of priorities, have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in fast pace environment and comfortable with virtual environment. Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities and eagerness to lean in to support team/projects when needed, are also pre-requisites.

Practice Area Management & Operations team members keep BCG’s industry and functional practice areas operating responsively and efficiently. As a member of this team, you will contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including content development, process management, marketing, meeting and conference management, and internal/external communications.
