Technical & Functional Expertise: Digital native with exemplary - and demonstrable - digital marketing skills encompassing an in depth understanding of paid social, search / SEM and display advertising driving audience-based marketing. Understanding of ‘share of model’(LLM) a bonus.Strategic Thinking & Insight Generation: An aptitude and good understanding of AI as a topic, and a curiosity for learning more about its application in different business contexts including trends, competition, broader tech ecosystem. Ability to synthesize complex information, draw actionable insights, and drive decision-making.Teaming & Collaboration: Working effectively across diverse teams and geographies to foster a culture of innovation and inclusion.Agility & Change Management: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.Who You'll Work With
