Position Summary:
The Global Lead of Capability Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing and implementing world-class capability development strategies to enhance the organization’s workforce skills, leadership capabilities, and knowledge management systems. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. The leader will also oversee the enhancement of knowledge management solutions, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with the organization’s goals, ensuring competitive advantage in a dynamic market. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, driving alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
+ Establish governance frameworks and standardized solutions for capability-building programs across global sites in alignment with Supply Chain strategies.
+ Lead the design and implementation of leadership development initiatives to build a robust pipeline of future leaders. Ensure leadership programs address critical competencies and align with strategic objectives.
+ Drive the evolution of workforce capabilities, including leadership, focusing on emerging skills and adapting to technological and operational changes.
+ Enhance existing knowledge management systems while implementing new solutions to improve knowledge sharing, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
+ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of capability development programs on individual and organizational performance.
+ Partner with HR, operations, engineering, and other Manufacturing & Technical Operations (MTO) teams to ensure alignment of capability development programs.
+ Build strong partnerships with external experts and institutions to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions.
+ Lead and mentor a high-performing capability development team (indirect reporting relationship), fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

**Qualifications**
Qualifications & Experience
+ A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degrees e.g. MBA) are preferred.
+ A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in capability development, with a minimum of 5 years focused on learning and development, including at least 5 years in leadership roles is required.
+ Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing capability development programs is required.
+ Extensive experience in developing and managing knowledge management solutions is required.
+ Strong project management and organizational change management skills in a global, matrixed environment are required.
+ Experience in regulated industries, preferably pharmaceuticals or manufacturing, is a plus.
+ This position is required to be on site 3 days per week and requires up to 25% domestic and international travel, based on business needs.

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 USD to $251,850 USD.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
