What You'll Do

As an IT Software Engineer Manager within BCG’s Risk Product Portfolio, you will be responsible to build the next generation of enhancements for our new Blueprint product, which serves as an overall inventory of all AI-based initiatives in the organization, both internally and externally. Your work will be at the forefront of our compliance with an evolving AI regulatory landscape, starting with the EU AI Act. Your strong analytical skills and ability to develop innovative problem-solving solutions will support the PO to make decisions. You will closely work with business, product, and development teams. With your full stack capabilities and your strong experience in Microsoft’s Power Platform, you should be able to design and develop software and applications, drive features from inception to production, write clean, modular, reusable, readable, maintainable, and thoroughly tested high-quality code and flows. We are looking for talented individuals with a serious commitment to enterprise-grade software development, analytics, and who are passionate to develop innovative products. 



What You'll Bring

At least 5+ years of full stack software engineering across industriesAt least 2+ years of engineering within Microsoft’s Power Platform incl. its CI/CD approach.Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science engineering/technology preferredExperience in agile processes, particularly Scrum methodology Ability to understand the requirements and proactively propose software solutions Languages – Vue, JavaScript and Node.Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Power PlatformMicrosoft PL-900 is desired.

Who You'll Work With

Within the Blueprint squad, which will collaborate with the Sofware Engineering Chapter, Security and Portfolio Architects within the Risk Product Portfolio. You may also work together

with our GenAI development portfolio as we partner to help safely unlock BCG’s core data to our GenAI suite. Finally, in many cases you will interface with our Clientview team that handles our major client roster, working to integrate your and their solutions in a smart, secure, connected, and compliant way.
