Global IT Controlling Senior Analyst

 

Key responsibilities Timely execution of tasks aligned with month-end closing reporting deadlines, adhering to established procedures. Preparation of month-end closing documentation such as accruals for the accounting department, in line with budgetary guidelines. Conduct monthly analyses to identify deviations between actual results, budgets, and the latest forecasts. Create and deliver the IT month-end closing presentation in PowerPoint for IT Management, including relevant analyses. Prepare documentation for the Global IT budget, forecasting, and five-year planning, calculating the overall budgeted amount for Global IT. Input budget and forecast data into SAP, TM1, and COGNOS. Prepare CAPEX claims for Global IT, ensuring sign-off from all relevant parties. Oversee project controlling and maintenance within SAP. Provide comprehensive analyses and reports using various data sources such as SAP, COGNOS, TM1, and QV.

 

You bring these skills, experience & education 2-3 years of experience in a related role (Controlling, Cost Accounting, Financial Analyst). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Solid accounting knowledge, including understanding the implications of current accounting tasks and IFRS standards. Ability to clarify complex situations/events impacting control and propose solutions in accordance with IFRS. Advanced proficiency in accounting and controlling software. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge represents an advantage) Fluency in English. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint knowledge    SIG competencies
