Global Interline Pricing & Compliance Manager

**Position Summary:**
The Global Interline Pricing & Compliance Manager plays a key role in managing global interline agreements, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance for DHL’s air cargo network. This position is responsible for negotiating interline pricing agreements, ensuring compliance with antitrust and industry regulations, and maintaining an audit-ready documentation system for all interline agreements.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
Interline Agreement & Contract Management
· Lead the negotiation, review, and execution of global interline agreements with airline partners.
· Ensure all agreements comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
· Oversee the procurement of signatures and compliance documentation (CoC, DDQ, etc.) for interline contracts.
Pricing Strategy & Optimization
· Develop and execute strategic interline pricing models to maximize profitability and cost efficiency.
· Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, and revenue performance to ensure DHL maintains competitive interline rates.
· Maintain and update interline rates in pricing systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual terms.
Compliance & Audit Oversight
· Ensure all interline agreements, rate structures, and pricing decisions comply with antitrust regulations and industry standards.
· Manage an audit-ready documentation system for all interline contracts, approvals, and amendments.
· Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure global regulatory adherence.
Data Analytics & Reporting
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track interline activity, pricing effectiveness, and revenue impact.
· Provide data-driven insights to inform pricing decisions and strategic interline negotiations.
· Present monthly interline activity reports and performance reviews to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
· Act as the primary point of contact for global interline pricing and compliance matters.
· Partner with regional teams, airline partners, and internal stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies and pricing optimization.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members involved in interline pricing and compliance.
**Minimum** **Qualifications:**
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
+ Minimum 5+ years of experience in aviation, logistics, or air cargo pricing.
+ Proven experience negotiating interline agreements and managing pricing structures.
+ Strong knowledge of air cargo regulations, antitrust compliance, and contract management.
Skills:
+ Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
+ Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, Copilot, and pricing systems.
+ Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze pricing data, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize interline agreements.
+ Leadership & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams, negotiate with airline partners, and drive pricing initiatives.
+ Problem-Solving: Ability to develop creative solutions for pricing challenges and compliance risks.

+ This position is based in Plantation, FL, and does not offer remote work.
+ Limited travel is required.
