The Global Infrastructure – IT Analyst is responsible for supporting the Cytiva business functions infrastructure. Enhancing customer satisfaction and support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and any IT services that are essential to our business operations. You will be part of our Global Infrastructure Client Technologies APAC team, contributing to projects and providing hands-on IT support to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal customer experience. This position reports to the Director, Client Technologies APAC and is part of the Infrastructure and Operation, Client Technologies APAC team located in Cytiva Incheon Songdo and will be an on-site role. What you will do: + Responsible for L1/L2 technology support including troubleshooting of: + Manufacturing applications + Microsoft applications + Windows 11 + Network issues + Client platform relation problems, including PC, Printers and Peripherals + As part of APAC IT Operations team, provide daily operations and support tasks, including setup of laptops/desktops or servers, supporting company events. And when required, the role will require daily operation and support extend to other cities. + You will follow established procedures to promptly respond to incident and service request, these can come in form of incoming phone calls, walk-up or web-submitted IT tickets. + You would be responsible for own IT tickets but also work together as a team to ensure IT tickets are closed on time in accordance with our SLAs. + Makes recommendation for procedures and standards to improve the quality and delivery of service to business + Gather business requirements, scope, plan and execute by applying technology, policy and process to aid business initiatives + Work at flexible schedule, within or outside of primarily normal work hours + Work effectively and independently on assigned tasks + Multitasking, take on additional responsibilities and new challenges + Able to source and manage service providers/vendors as needed + Review/Audit processes to ensure compliance to standard processes + Ensure administrative support, asset management are maintained, traceability and tracking records are recorded + Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and Cytiva safety policies, procedures and guidelines The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by incumbent. Who you are: + Diploma/Degree in IT or IT-related discipline. + 5 years or more working experience in regional operations support and manufacturing environment role. + Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting Windows OS and applications and Active Directory management. + Bilingual English - Korean, good written and spoken communication skills, including ability to produce user guides, diagrams and flowchart. + Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role + Ability to travel - list specifics 10-20% travel, overnight, within territory or locations (Seoul). + Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. + Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20Kg, any other physical requirements. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + CCNA or ITIL certification is an advantage. + Experience working in a multinational and diverse environment, with strong interpersonal skills to manage and collaborate with teams across different cultural backgrounds and business practices. + Ability to write simple scripts for automation (eg PowerShell, DOS script, etc.).
