What You'll Do
As a member of our HR Shared Services team, you will provide reporting, dashboarding, and analytics support to HRSSC teams across multiple locations, assisting with Employee Life Cycle processes. You will identify process gaps, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate closely with HRSSC leadership to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance productivity.
Consult with Team: Understand HRSSC team needs through active listening and use data to offer solutions that address challenges.
Gather requirements: Collaborate with Managers to define data requirements and identify key metrics.
Manage analytics end-to-end: Set up Extract, Transform, Load processes, clean data, and create visualizations in Tableau/ Power BI to provide actionable insights on operations.
Analyze and report data: Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas) to summarize data, generate reports, and present findings clearly.
Solve problems and identify root causes: Analyze data to uncover trends, identify root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve processes.
Ensure data accuracy: Validate data to ensure reports and insights are accurate, reliable, and aligned with goals.
Prioritize and organize tasks: Manage multiple data tasks effectively, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Take initiative in unclear situations: Proactively address challenges and propose solutions, even when the path forward is uncertain.
Focus on continuous improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and reporting for better decision-making.
Project and Process Management Support: Apply a proactive, flexible, and practical approach to manage process and technology changes while achieving a project's desired outcomes
Audit support : Support in organizational audit requirement as in when required
HRSSC Team Assistance and General Support: Provide general support to HRSSC team and perform other duties as assigned or required
YOU SHOULD BE
• Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Structured way of working, able to multitask; should have an eye for detail
• Demonstrates accountability, ownership and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
• Flexibility to support the team to cater to a diverse, international set of stakeholders. Willingness to be flexible with regard to office timing
What You'll Bring
• A graduation degree
• 6+ yrs of relevant work experience in a professional services or multi-national companies
• Experience and proficiency with advanced MS Excel and/or other programs to analyze data
• Understanding of HR practices and metrics
• Hands on data visualization experience using Tableau or Power BI is required
• Experience in creating meaningful insights through data and presenting them using PowerPoint presentations
• Knowledge of and experience with HRIS and reporting modules; Workday experience a plus
Who You'll Work With
You will collaborate and work closely with HR Shared Service team across 3 HUBS to design and deliver solutions that meet both business and stakeholder needs.
