Global Graduate Programme - Hungary - Finance Job Description Join the Grundfos Global Graduate Program in Finance! Our two-year graduate program STREAM is designed to expand your talent, fast-track your growth and define your future. Designed to prepare you for your next career step, the program consists of three eight-month rotations to accelerate your growth and unlock your potential. In each rotation you will be working on specific projects and tasks under the management of a leader/project owner and a team of Grundfos employees. You can make a big impact here, so we expect you to give it your best and engage fully in each rotation. You will be based out of our Budapest Office but do expect travelling linked to some of the rotations. Continuous development opportunities will empower you to improve your skills. We will also ensure that you are part of a local and global community, coming together as a group several times over the course of the program. Here you will e.g. travel to Denmark to visit the Head Quarters of Grundfos, experience the history and be a part of the future. Who are we looking for? To apply for the Finance Stream Global Graduate Program, we expect you to have: • A Master’s degree, typically in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Management Accounting with strong academic achievements. • Some relevant work experience during/after graduation an advantage • A comprehensive analytical competency with a customer-centric mindset and flair for technology and digitalisation. • International mind-set with an ability to adapt quickly to change. • Effective communication skills and excellent English.
