Stream is our Global Graduate Program, a two-year development journey designed to expand your talent and values, providing a well-defined course for rapid career growth and transformation. In other words, a chance to define your future! An opportunity to make rapid progress in a company committed to making a positive impact on climate change and improving quality of life for people on a global scale. What is the program about? Designed to prepare you for your next career step, the program consists of three eight-month rotations to accelerate your growth and unlock your potential. In each rotation you will be working on a specific project under the management of a Project Owner and a team of Grundfos employees. This project creates the content of your rotation, and you will be working with a real challenge found in the business. You can make a big impact here, so we expect you to give it your best and engage fully in each project. Continuous development opportunities will empower you to improve your skills. We will also ensure that you are part of a local and global community, coming together as a group several times over the course of the program. Here you will e.g. travel to Denmark to visit the Head Quarters of Grundfos, experience the history and be a part of the future of Grundfos. **Location: Székesfehérvár** Who are we looking for? To apply for the Stream Global Graduate Program - Engineering/Supply Chain, we expect you to have: • Master's degree in Engineering and/or Supply Chain • Maximum of 3 years of experience after graduation. Preferably 1-2 years of work experience. (internship or student job) • Preferably international experience. • We don´t expect the candidate to know all about the areas following, but we expect the candidate to have 1 or 2 proven experiences and an interest in some of those areas: Data management, Business intelligence, Innovation & technology, Sustainability or Supply Chain. • Ability to conduct thorough research, gather relevant data, and use it to gain actionable insights. • Ability to coordinate and oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects. Specific understanding of project management processes and methodologies. • Strategic thinking with an ability to anticipate future trends, potential disruptions, and areas for improvement and lead part of organizational change initiatives. • Problem-Solving skill with ability to quickly identifying issues and developing practical solution. • Effective communication skills and excellent English.
