RESPONSIBILITITES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Get familiar with the end-to-end international shipping process, from purchase orders to cargo delivery

Learn about and manage key documentation and terminology essential to global logistics

Assist internal teams and third-party agents in supporting global forwarding operations to ensure smooth processes

Support problem-solving and process adjustments by collaborating with more experienced team members to address customer needs

Help coordinate shipment tasks, such as tracking approvals, managing pre-alerts, and preparing basic documentation like invoices

Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships by responding to straightforward inquiries and escalating issues to senior team members as needed

Provide support during customer business reviews by helping prepare documentation and basic reports

Gain introductory exposure to logistics operations across different regions, learning about various challenges and solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

A passion for solving complex problems and delivering top-notch service

Preferred

Currently pursuing education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field

Experience or coursework in logistics, transportation, or supply chain

Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting
